Year Groups

Organize students by grade level or year.

Creating Year Groups

  1. Navigate to Class Management → Year Groups
  2. Click "Add Year Group"
  3. Enter name (e.g., "Year 7", "Grade 10", "Form 1")
  4. Optionally set display order
  5. Save

Usage

Year groups are used to:

  • Organize academic classes
  • Filter students
  • Generate reports
  • Create timetables
