What is a Conflict?
A conflict occurs when:
- A staff member is assigned to multiple periods at the same time
- A student is assigned to multiple classes at the same time
Automatic Detection
The system automatically checks for conflicts when you:
- Assign a teaching group to a period
- Add staff or students to teaching groups
Resolving Conflicts
If a conflict is detected:
- Review the conflict details
- Choose a different period
- Or modify teaching group membership
