Adding Students

Students can be added manually or imported in bulk.

Manual Student Entry

  1. Navigate: User Management → Students → Active Students
  2. Click: "Add Student" button
  3. Enter: Personal information, contact details, admission information
  4. Optional: Add guardians, medical information, previous schools
  5. Save: Click "Save" to create the record

Bulk Import

Similar to staff import, download template, fill data, upload, preview, and confirm.

Managing Guardians

Each student can have multiple guardians (parents, emergency contacts):

  • Add guardian details directly from student profile
  • Link existing guardians to students
  • Set primary contact for emergency situations
  • Record relationship type (mother, father, guardian, etc.)

Medical Information

Track important health information:

  • Allergies and dietary restrictions
  • Medical conditions
  • Emergency medical contacts
  • Medication requirements

Previous Schools

Maintain education history by recording previous schools attended.
